So my recommendation to anyone reading this and wants to progress:
1. GET A WELL-STRUCTURED PLAN: cannot stress this enough, I never had this at the start and had to learn along the way. I recommend my Strong Gym program for ALL levels.
2. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD: you need to get out of your comfort zone, if you’re working out always with the same weights and it’s comfy, I recommend changing that
3. BE CONSISTENT: stop rushing it, just show up and be consistent. Don’t aim for perfect, better aim for better each time
4. FOOD: are you eating enough? Look at your daily food intake, is it all over the place or consistent? If you don’t know how much food do you actually need to eat I will help you!
