Ready to transform just in 8 weeks?
This program is perfect for any woman who is looking to lose fat and gain muscle through a good gym workout program.

Over the next 8 weeks, you’ll improve your body composition by decreasing body fat and increasing muscle. Whether you’re a beginner who wants to gain confidence in the gym or are at an intermediate or advanced level and are ready to evolve your training, this guide will help you to improve your confidence inside and outside of the gym.

The goal is to help you to build lean toned muscle through foundational lifts. The workout itself targets your lower body with a strong focus on your glutes, and your upper body with a focus on tighten and tone your back, arms and core.

Don’t worry if you don’t know how to perform exercises: this guide provides technique videos for each exercise (filmed by me)! Also, after purchasing the program, you will be able to choose between 3, 4 or 5 day a week workout split.

Weight Choose a weight that allows you to complete this many reps without struggling to finish the set. Choose a weight that challenges you during each repetition. To build strength, the goal is fewer reps at a higher weight. Choose a weight that brings you to fatigue, but not failure, by the last rep. Fatigue means you continue performing reps until you’re on the brink of losing good form.
