About me

My fitness journey has completely changed my life and through sharing my gym and home training programs I’m changing the lives of countless women.

I am a certified fitness trainer and a successful IFBB Bikini Fitness Model. I was competing for many years and I received many awards. However, back in my early years, my life was a far cry from what it looks like now. I felt unhappy with my figure despite religiously doing cardio It wasn’t until I found out that weight training was the way to go: I finally started seeing the progress I wanted. I became stronger, both physically and mentally. Health has truly empowered me to become the best version of myself.

When to expect results?

Most new exercisers notice that they feel more energetic within a couple of weeks. Your posture will improve, and you’ll feel more muscle tone. Gains in performance, like lean muscle mass and cardiovascular endurance, require around 2 months of regular effort.

What training can I expect?

Each level of Strong (beginner, intermediate, advanced) is structured in four 2-week training blocks, followed by a week deload phase at the end of the program. The aim is to improve performance and build strength by increasing the intensity in the second week of each training block.

What equipment do I need?

A standard gym should provide all machines and equipment required to complete gym workouts.

Can I choose the number of training days?

Yes! You have the option to choose from a 3-, 4- or 5-day training split each week.
